Jon De Langis started his career in construction working and developing his knowledge in every trade in construction. Jon quickly excelled through the ranks in construction and at age twenty-four earned his first General Contractor’s License in the State of California. He was the youngest in the state at the time to earn this license classification. After thirty years in construction, Jon has developed countless projects throughout the United States and Mexico. Jon’s experiences includes multi tenant residential projects, commercial retail, commercial industrial, health care facilities, airport specialty projects, hazardous remediation, parks and recreation facilities and now focuses on very high-end residential development in Orange County, CA
It was through this experience that Jon realized that currently there is no available technology for builders, both large and small, contractors within the trades, or property owners to conduct a cohesive search and purchase for building products throughout the industry. This market segment has been largely ignored by the technological innovations in e-procurement and e-commerce.

Ed’s years of experience in purchasing and contracting helped inspire the founding of Yurpal, Inc. with his brother Jon. Together they have developed the newest paradigm in E-commerce to streamline the procurement of all products used in the building industry.
Ed’s extensive background in product development started in the late 1970’s. Through his fathers scientific engineering company he helped develop microelectronic nerve and muscle stimulators, electronic surge protection, anti-static devices, and innovative light lenses.
